Chapter 12

He found it when one of the servants forgot to lock his door, the library. He breaths in the air of hundreds of books, his fingers travel over covers, caressing the leather, he smiles.

There is magic to be found in books, you just open one up and there it is.

He looks around him, there is no one in sight. As silently as he can he takes one of the books from the shelves and opens it, his forehead wrinkles as he takes in the unfamiliar forms of words, on occasion he thinks he can make out a word, but that is about it. He is about to put it back, when it falls. Cursing himself he bends to pick it up, when he stops and slowly lets himself fall to his knees.

Elves. There are pictures of Elves in this book, his fingers hover over the ink drawings. A sudden noise from downstairs makes him look up, he hears footsteps on the stairs, without thinking it through he grabs the book and runs back to his room, gently closing the door and then hiding the book underneath the mattress.

He sits himself down on the bed, as the door opens, Master Lexius comes in with a surprised look on his face at the door being unlocked, but it changes to a smile as he sees Faramir on the bed.

“It looks like my little birdie had a chance to fly and didn’t, what a good little birdie. Of course the one who let the birdcage unlocked will have to be punished, I don’t suppose you know who it was, little birdie?”

Faramir shakes his head. Master Lexius takes him in and Faramir knows he knows he is lying, but Master Lexius’s amused eyes just twinkle; “No, I didn’t think you would.”

With a few steps Master Lexius closes the distance to stand before Faramir, he lifts his hand and caresses Faramir’s hair, before lifting his other hand to do the same. Slowly he uses his hands to tilt Faramir’s head, threading his fingers through reddish hair. He bows down. His lips drift over Faramir’s, then he dips lower and lets his tongue play along his throat, up to the jaw line and back to waiting lips.

When the gentle kisses become more passionate he kneels, nudging at Faramir’s legs with his knee and when they open up, he moves in between them, his hands find their way to Faramir’s tunic, sliding it off his shoulders. Releasing reddened lips he latches onto a nipple, eliciting a groan from Faramir, his hands slide over his chest and then make their way to Faramir’s back, wandering and caressing, the tunic is completely removed now and Master Lexius looks Faramir in the eyes for a moment.

He knows now, he knows this man’s greatest need, permission. He wants him to want it, whatever pain or intense pleasure he inflicts, he wants you to need it, crave for his touch. You will never know if he will be gentle or cruel, but you must be willing to take it all.

Faramir lifts his hands and never taking his eyes of Master Lexius’s, he unfastens his leggings and lifting himself a little slides them off completely, when he kicks them away, Master Lexius smiles.

“Are you going to do it yourself or do you want me to do it?”

After a single look from Haldir, Boromir knows enough; “Alright, I’ll just turn around then.”

He listens to the sounds of Haldir not letting on how much it hurts and when he doesn’t hear it anymore he turns around. He thinks that this is the second time he had to patch someone up after an attack by that foul Master Lexius. He sighs, he wishes there was something he could do, but first this Angel or whatever it is, has to be able to walk, he can’t just leave it here like this.

Haldir puts the piece of wet cloth he ripped of his cloak down and tries not to notice that it is soaked with his blood.

“So were you really a virgin?”

The complete shock of being asked something like that at a time like this, makes Haldir first look up and then he starts to laugh. “I see where Faramir gets it from now.”

At that Boromir has to laugh as well, thinking of his very direct little brother and the many times he had wished Faramir thought before he spoke.

“And to answer your question; no, I wasn’t, but I was in the way of being on the receiving end.”

“He loves you, you know.”

“I know.”

“Do you love him?”

“Yes.”

For a moment the Elf and the man look at each other, then Boromir silently nods and gets up; “I will try to get us some food, you rest and when you can walk, we will find him.”

When he thinks that Faramir is soundly asleep, Master Lexius slips out of the bed, grabs his clothes and very quietly leaves the room. He walks over to his room, goes inside, puts on a robe and then makes his way downstairs.

When he reaches the darkened kitchen, he opens the backdoor and as he suspected the men are already there waiting for him, he holds out his hand and one of the men takes the offered money and the small map with written directions on it.

Speaking directly to their leader he says; “Make sure they are both dead and their bodies will never be found.”

This Lexius reminds me of Lucius Malfoy. First it was the cane and gray/blonde hair. Now his name bares such simmularity that I can’t help but think of him.

This is a message for everyone who was kind enough to leave me
a comment, thank you so very much! It really means a lot to hear this
story is liked. And a litle extra note to Tara, you are right I based
Lexius on Lucius Malfoy, since Anorien for whom I write this story really
likes him. But I didn’t want to make it a crossover story so I just
kept his looks and a little of his attitude ;-)

Again, thank you all so very much!

It’s lovely and inspiring. I so so wish for a happy ending for this…one that would also give Boromir someone worthy to have and cherish him? . Awww…I am just enjoying this too much! Hugs, kisses, milk and cookies for the authors!

Heya, Autumn Verse,
I started reading this last year and it stopped after a few chapters on the archive I first found it on. I was pleased today to find it posted and finished here, and have read it all in one go. It was good enough for me to remember the title and keep looking, even though I have a bad memory. It’s the only unfinished fic that I was bothering to look up :) I loved that you could write such a hard-hitting story, and I had wondered what would happen to them. I had last seen Haldir behind bars and Lexius initiating Faramir into his perverted purposes. Thank you for finishing it. I found it moving and fascinating. All three of the characters were sympathetic, and I ended up wondering about Boromir and how he settled down afterwards. Thank you for the story.
