In the year after the war, Faramir and Aragorn are working hard to get Gondor on its feet again. As they struggle with the hardships, they also struggle to find the meaning behind the love that binds them and their families together. Faramir’s POV. Overall themes: politics, mysticism, love, friendship.
Warnings: Some chapters contain graphic sexuality in the context of loving relationships (Faramir/Aragorn and/or Eowyn) and the overall ethos is polyamorous (there's enough love to go around).

Written for alexajohnson in the sons_of_gondor Halloween Trick or Treat Fic/Art Exchange. This is my first attempt at writing het and I so hope you like it. The story is a different take on the classic romance between Faramir and Eowyn. Tolkien and Peter both seem to believe her mental recovery was quick and easy. I tend to think it would have been more difficult.
Warnings: AU; timelines are off, the story is different, only the characters are familiar
